Meet the Marauder
The Marauder from Mega combines the latest thinking in sea kayak design and performance with the highest levels of manufacturing quality. At a length of 16'6" and a beam of 22.75" the Marauder is both a stable and dry kayak in the most difficult of conditions.
Provision is made just in front of the cockpit for a variety of accessories, Day Hatch, Compass.
Fitted out as standard to a very high specification the Marauder comes with recessed deck fittings which retain for and aft deck lines as well as 3 positions of shock cord for additional deck stowage. Paddler comfort is paramount in a sea kayak and this is taken care of admirably by the heavily padded foam seat and back strap. There is also a fully retractable skeg.The cockpit at 30” makes for easy entry. The large hatches front and rear make loading for extended trips a painless operation.
