The Maestro is a mid-sized, short inseam design by Jim Snyder.  It was designed and named for Jim's brother, Jeff Snyder, who is the "Maestro" of the sport. Patterned after the successful Bigfoot, its foot bumps are comfortably positioned for shorter legs and it features soft chines and a rounded leading edge for good wing dynamics. Different cuts accommodate any combination of small or large feet and a wide weight range.   The deck features a stern pond to generate a strong round acrobatic leading edge when the boat is in wing mode and to center the energy of the foam pile during surfing and blasting. The hull has a trace of flat to make it a bit more stable and to focus energy on the chines while surfing. The Maestro is a good mystery/cruising design for shorter sized squirters, although fuller cut boats accommodate up to 190 pounds.  Beginning squirt boaters find this boat forgiving and acrobatic so they can easily enjoy explore cubic paddling.   Expert squirt artists will be thrilled with the fluidity of transitional moves (controlled screw maneuvers are executed on demand), and the peaceful at home feeling while surfing or blasting.
